Bio Infomatic NLP Research project -- focus on the representation learning on analysis for medical knowledge graph. In this research, we use Natural Language Processing (NLP) word embedding techniques to construct a deeper understanding knowledge graph in machine learning and apply it to the Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine Clinical Terms (SNOMED CT) dataset.
